2025 Paediatric Community Child Health Registrar / Fellow

 

Western Health has an opportunity for a Paediatric Advanced Training Registrar to join Western Health as a Community Child Health trainee from August 2025 for 6 months. This is a full-time position.

 

Our registrar will learn to evaluate and manage children with developmental and behavioural problems across a range of settings. There is opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and autism diagnostic clinics. The trainee will also participate in case-based supervision sessions, unit-based teaching, and the community child health tutorial series run through RCH Centre for Community Child Health. The role is based at Sunshine Hospital, Melton Health, and IPC Deer Park throughout the week. The position is accredited for core Developmental and Psychosocial training in RACP General Paediatrics Advanced Training and core Developmental training in the RACP Chapter for Community Child Health.
