Access Officer (Casual)

About the role:
We are seeking casual staff members to work within our Access Team. The Access team is the first point of contact for many clients within their journey to access services within the Integrated Community Health Services.
The Integrated Community Health Service works within multiple locations, across multiple funding programs and services. We deliver adult and paediatric allied health services, counselling and family violence programs, in home aged care and nursing-based services
The role will support clients by registering clients, processing referrals and supporting the booking of initial appointments (including specific funding-based requirement tasks) within community health programs located at Bacchus Marsh and Melton.
Our hours of operation are business hours Monday to Friday.

About you:
- Experience with iPM and EMR is desirable
- Knowledge of and experience in health care sector is desirable
- Clear and effective communication
- Enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to adapt and stay on top of information due to the casual nature of the role
