Administration Officer
Western Health are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team at the Women's and Children's Specialist Clinics.
The Women's and Children's Specialist Clinics provides quality health care for children, adolescents, newborns, and women.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the administration and receptionist duties within the Specialist Clinics Department. Successful applicants are required to:
- Have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to support the department's needs
- Be professional, self-motivated and able to work in a large diverse team
- Multitask, cope well under pressure and maintain data quality
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have confidence in using computers and computer programs
- Commit to the Western Health values - Compassion, Accountability, Respect Excellence and Safety
Orientation and training materials are provided upon commencement.
