Administration Officer
Administration Officer| Part time - 32hrs per fortnight | St Albans Community Care Unit |Western Health
We are inviting applications from individuals with Administrative/Ward Clerk experience to join our multidisciplinary team at St Albans Community Care Unit. CCU is a 10-unit complex accommodating 20 beds, with 24-hour nursing care support. It provides recovery-focused rehabilitation in a community residential setting, to consumers who typically have multiple and complex needs. The aim is to increase individual’s psychosocial independence through a variety of person-centred programs to develop daily living skills
The role is offered as part time 32 hrs per fortnight (2 days a week). Opportunity for a savvy administration officer to join our Multidciplinary team at CCU.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise duties, work under pressure, and ability to adapt and be flexible to change
- Clear understanding of the importance of data integrity
