Hospital Administration Officer

  • Permanent Part-Time:  40 hours per fortnight (Monday - Friday)
  • 8 hour shifts (8am - 4:30pm)

 

The Medical Diagnostics Unit are offering a permanent Part-Time (40 hours/fortnight) Administration Support position to an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team, and can work effectively in a busy environment.

 

The successful applicant must be able to work across campuses ( Sunshine / Footscray) in order to support the clinical needs of the department.

 

This versatile role will provide administrative support to Western Health’s Respiratory, Sleep, Neurophyisology laboratories and Migrant Screening Clinic.

 

The administrative supportive role is an integral part of the team that contributes in the provision of best care by completing a variety of tasks. These include and are not limited to arriving and departing patients, booking and management of clinic appointments, reception duties, assisting with report and result distribution.
