About the role:

The Administration Site Lead is an important member of the Drug Health Services team, providing administrative support to help deliver safe, high-quality, community-focused care.

Working in a busy and supportive environment, the Administration Site Lead role works collaboratively with consumers, clinicians, colleagues and partner organisations to ensure services are welcoming, efficient and responsive to the needs of our community.

This is a full-time position that may require work across Western Health campuses and community locations. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication skills, sound computer literacy and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities:

Drug Health Services provides specialist alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment and support services across Melbourne's west.

We deliver person-centred, evidence-based care through a range of inpatient, outpatient, residential and community-based programs. Our multidisciplinary teams support adults, young people, women and families, including people with complex needs such as co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, family violence, homelessness and other social challenges.

Our services include:

• Specialist outpatient clinics and Addiction Medicine services
• Community and residential withdrawal programs
• Residential rehabilitation
• Community treatment and support for adults and young people
• Specialist women's programs
• Consultation and liaison services within Western Health hospitals

Working closely with Western Health's hospitals and community partners allows us to provide coordinated care that supports people throughout their recovery journey, from acute hospital care through to community treatment and ongoing support.

• Experience in an outpatient and/or inpatient setting
• Excellent customer service delivery
