About the role

Harvester Consulting Private Suites, located in Sunshine, Victoria, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, highly organized individual with a positive and caring attitude. The successful candidate will have experience in reception and front desk duties, a strong administrative background, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment is essential.

 

This part-time position offers 16.5 hours per week, spread across two shifts, with the potential for additional shifts to cover staff leave. Join our supportive team at Harvester Private and make a meaningful impact on the mental health services sector.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstration of WH values
  • Ability to build an appropriate rapport with clients and their family/carers, consultants and staff.
  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and privacy legislation and ability to apply these principles at work.
  • Ability to establish office-based systems and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

 

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Medical Practice or Hospital environment
  • Preferable knowledge of medical software Genie and Best Practice
  • Excellent communication skills
