Clinical Neuropsychologist (Grade 2) - Renal Specialist Clinics Outpatient Service

An opportunity currently exists for a Grade 2 Clinical Neuropsychologist to work on an ongoing part time basis within the Renal Specialist Clinics (Outpatients) Service - 0.4 FTE (30.4 HRS per fortnight). Generally registered psychologists enrolled in an AoPE Registrar Program for Clinical Neuropsychology are also encouraged to apply.
The Neuropsychologist will form part of a broader multidisciplinary team providing Best Care for the community of the West. In this role, you will work alongside other psychologists which includes Health Psychology and Clinical Psychology and play a key clinical role in providing psychological assessment, individual and group interventions, and psychoeducation, and work alongside a team of passionate and highly skilled Psychologists at Western Health.
You will contribute by assessing the client's needs, identifying and mitigating psychological barriers to goal attainment, utilising a range of modalities and techniques. You will receive regular supervision, support from the whole team and have access to a range of professional development activities. Depending on your experience, support of provisional psychologists on fieldwork placement, and Psychology Registrars will also be required.
