About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Clerk to join our team.  This role is key to ensuring outpatient activity is entered and reported correctly to ensure reporting compliance and funding for the health service.  This is a new role so we are seeking someone with that will grow and adapt with the role.   

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Enter and validate non-admitted activity data within relevant WH data collection and reporting systems
  • Correction and resolution of errors in data or processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with administrative and reporting teams to ensure accuracy and efficient processes

 

About you:

  • You have previous clerical or administrative experience
  • You are able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You are able to identify areas of inaccuracy and efficiency improvements in a data management process
  • You are flexible to grow and adapt with the role
