Deputy Director Operational Performance and Transformation
Western Health's Women’s and Children’s (W&C) division has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated operational leader to join the senior leadership team in a time of growth and transition.
Women's and Children's division are actively seeking an experienced senior leader to join the divisional leadership team as the Deputy Director Operational Performance and Transformation. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership within and external to the W&C division to drive strategic, business, and improvement goals within W&C, more broadly across Western Health and with our community.
The Deputy Director Operational Performance and Transformation will lead, implement, and evaluate service development and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service access, safety and quality, operational efficiency, workforce optimisation and consumer experience across all W&C Services. This role requires the use of data analysis, operational and business expertise, improvement methodologies, and project management skills to develop and assess efficient care models and performance processes that align with divisional, directorate, and organisational objectives.
