Applications are invited from suitably qualified dietitians for an ongoing part time (45.6 hrs per fortnight) combined Grade 1 & Grade 2 dietetic role (Gr 1 0.4 EFT) / Gr 2 0.2 EFT) at Sunshine Hospital.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic dietitian to join a cohesive and integrated team, committed to excellence in clinical practice, research and professional development. The workload will be in inpatients units, including general medicine, acute aged care and geriatric evaluation management and involve malnutrition screening. There may also be opportunities to cover other units depending on the clinical experience of the successful applicant such as endocrinology, respiratory, infectious diseases.

 

Must have, or be currently eligible for, membership of Dietitians Australia.

 

To be Successful in this Role you

  • Require acute clinical experience
  • Preferably, have some experience in managing aged care patients
  • Require good organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Relish a busy workload juggling several competing demands
