Divisional Director Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

As the Divisional Director of Mental Health & Wellbeing Services, you will work closely with the Clinical Services Director to lead a high-performing division that delivers Best Care to our consumers. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive operational excellence, financial sustainability, and clinical governance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff engagement.

To be Successful in this Role, you will:
- Lead the Mental Health and Wellbeing Division to achieve Western Health’s strategic goals and deliver Best Care for consumers.
- Need to maintain high standards of clinical governance and foster excellent consumer and carer experiences.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in clinical practice.
- Oversee operational, safety, quality, financial and performance outcomes.
- Need to demonstrate strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills, ensuring team motivation and strategic outcomes.
