Enrolled Nurse - Haemodialysis

About the role:
We are seeking a highly passionate and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse for this rewarding yet dynamic opportunity in our established and comprehensive dialysis service.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in both acute and chronic dialysis units. The Dialysis Registered Nurse will be a crucial part of the busy team in the Dialysis unit providing high quality patient care and striving to achieve the highest standards in clinical practise, teaching and research.
As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the ANUM to provide safe environment for staff and patients and a positive work culture and be a part of departmental quality improvements for the service.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care across acute and chronic settings
- Monitor, assess and respond to patient condition during haemodialysis
- Collaborate with the ANUM and multidisciplinary team to optimise care outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards
- Contribute to a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff
- Participate in quality improvement, education and clinical best practice initiatives
About you:
- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse in Australia
- Possess excellent clinical skills
- Effective organisational skills with respect to time management and delegation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
- Demonstrated evidence of undertaking professional development activities to maintain and enhance nursing expertise
- A commitment to high quality, safe and person-centred patient care
- Recent experience in Haemodialysis Unit (desirable)
