Are you a highly organised and discreet professional ready to provide critical support to our Executive team? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive Office and make a meaningful contribution to Western Health’s strategic and operational priorities.

 

An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive Office, supporting the Executive Director, Strategic Planning & Corporate Governance and the Chief Financial Officer. This role is pivotal in providing high-level, confidential administrative support that enables executive leaders to deliver on critical strategic and operational goals.

 

About the role:

This position offers an exciting challenge for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality executive support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the effective operation of the Executive Office, including diary and correspondence management, stakeholder engagement and coordination of divisional functions and communications.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Executive Director’s calendar, correspondence and meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, minutes, and follow-up actions for high-level meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain systems for efficient document management and reporting.
  • Contribute to divisional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

About you:

  • Extensive experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
