Hospital Administration Officer - Patient Appliance Centre (Casual)
An exciting opportunity exists in the Patient Appliance Centre (PAC) at Sunshine and Footscray Hospitals for a casual administration position. This posiition involves the provision of leave cover for the coordinators of the Patient Appliance Centres, with primary responsibility for the administration of the service, including the organisation, ordering and supply of aids and equipment. Previous experience in administration and/or sales roles, and the ability to utilise PAC financial and equipment requisiition systems will be highly regarded.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-directed
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Computer skills and experience in using computer software
- The ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
