Western Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LMS Administrator/Analyst to join our Education & Learning team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, functionality, and strategic use of our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting professional development and compliance across the organisation.

 

About the Role:

As LMS Administrator/Analyst, you will:

  • Oversee daily LMS operations, ensuring system stability and usability.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and enrolments.
  • Create and utilise audiences, programs and certifications.
  • Analyse LMS data to generate insights and reports that support workforce capability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimise LMS processes and integrations.
  • Provide expert support and training to LMS users and facilitators.
  • Lead and support initiatives to improve LMS workflows and user experience.

 

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing Totara, Moodle, or similar LMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

 

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Education Technology, or Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel.
  • Experience in process improvement.
