Lived Experience Advisor - Adolescent Services (Aged 25 & Under)

About the role:

Help shape the future of youth services.

We are seeking a young person with lived experience to contribute to a defined project within our Adolescent Services at Western Health. This role ensures that youth voices are embedded in service design, program development, and policy decisions.

Working collaboratively within a defined project, you will be supported by the Operations Manager and the Lived Experience Advisor Lead. Through a co-design approach, you will help strengthen consumer participation and enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities:

Through sharing your lived experience, you will:

• Provide insight into the real challenges young people face
• Advocate for youth voices in service improvement Influence more inclusive and responsive programs
• Strengthen communication between staff and young people
