Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 2 clinician to join our team in acute.
Supported by a Grade 3 OT, the successful applicant must have well developed assessment and intervention skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to evidence and occupation based practice.
The position will be involved in the provision of supervision and will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Sound communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this position.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate commitment to provision of Occupational Therapy practice
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in acute service provision and discharge planning
- Have strong collaboration skills
- Have demonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Have experience in quality improvement and/or research projects
