About the role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. We are seeking a motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our Specialised Rehabilitation team, where you will play a key role in delivering best-practice, person-centred, occupation-based care to our clients. Care is delivered across centre-based, home, and community settings through individual and group sessions, both face-to-face and via telehealth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred, occupation-focused assessment and intervention
  • Providing goal-oriented physical rehabilitation to clients with a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, chronic pain and aged related conditions.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in the supervision, teaching, and professional development of staff and students
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of service delivery

 

About you:

  • Hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Hold a valid Victorian driver's licence
  • Relevant experience in rehabilitation and demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based OT intervention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across settings, campuses, and teams
