About the role

Join Western Health’s People & Culture Operations team and play a vital role in supporting our workforce. This position is responsible for payroll masterfile management, PeopleHub processing, and guiding managers through key processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help maintain compliance and operational efficiency—essential for delivering safe, high-quality care to our community.

  • Payroll Masterfile management
  • PeopleHub workflow processing
  • Setting up new employees
  • Assisting managers with process questions

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
