An exciting fixed-term opportunity exists for a People and Culture Employee Relations Business Partner to join our Employee Relations and Business Partnerships team on a 12-month parental leave replacement contract.

 

This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality employee relations and HR services to managers and employees across a diverse portfolio.

 

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational advice, lead employee relations initiatives, and contribute to fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law, enterprise agreements, and HR policies.
  • Support and guide managers in handling employee performance, conduct, and grievance matters.
  • Manage workplace investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Drive employee relations projects and contribute to workforce planning strategies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive workplace practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead process improvement initiatives.
