About the Role:

The Divisional Personal Assistant and Projects Officer is skilled and experienced in supporting the delivery of successful health-related projects and providing high level administrative support.  

We expect all our team members to lead with kindness, role modelling open communication and a desire to support and enhance clinical care across the division.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative

  • Provide efficient, confidential, timely and professional administrative support 
  • Business reporting activities 

  • Recruitment administrative tasks  

  • Meeting coordination and effective committee secretariat support 

  • Policy and procedure review coordination and database / register maintenance  

  • SharePoint maintenance, permissions and structure 

 

Projects: 

  • Contribute to the implementation, and coordination of projects 

  • Ensure the development and maintenance of systems and procedures to support efficient and effective processes in relation to project documentation 

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes
