Physiotherapist - Grade 2 (Musculoskeletal)

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our musculoskeletal outpatient team at Williamstown Hospital in a temporary, part time basis (0.6 EFT) until December 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an acute outpatient clinical caseload
- Contribute to and support the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Leadership team at Williamstown
- Contribute to the ongoing development of junior staff and students
Days of work can be negotiated pending clinical room availability. Please note travel to other sites may be required.
This position provides the opportunity to build your clinical, supervision and leadership skills. You will be supported to participate in our Research and Quality program and have the opportunity to contribute to stream portfolios and department committees. You will be well supported by experienced Grade 3 and 4 musculoskeletal Physiotherapists dedicated to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Have well developed musculoskeletal/ orthopaedic clinical skills
- Be interested in the supervision and training of physiotherapy staff and students
- Be willing and demonstrate enthusiasm for research and quality activity
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe and high-quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and Live Best Care framework
