Program Manager - Community Mental Health

- Salary: Mental Health NUM (Lvl2), OT (Gr5), Social Worker (Gr5); or Psychologist (Gr4) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
About the role:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational and clinical oversight of Women’s PARC (Yanna Yanna PARC), Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service (CAPS) and Perinatal Mental Health Service (PMHS). You will lead multidisciplinary services and be accountable for service performance, workforce capability, clinical governance and quality of care. The role works in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including community support services, to support coordinated service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and accountability for service operations across WPARC, CAPS and PMHS
- Lead delivery of high-quality care and uphold clinical governance in partnership with Lead Consultant(s)
- Drive performance against activity, outcome and compliance KPIs
- Ensure effective management of risk, incidents and governance requirements
- Lead workforce planning, development and service improvement initiatives
About you:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a multidisciplinary mental health service
- Strong understanding of community, perinatal and child and adolescent mental health service delivery
- Proven ability to lead workforce, performance and service improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Relevant clinical qualification with current registration
