We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grade 4 General X-Ray Supervisor to lead our radiology team.

 

This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with advanced clinical knowledge in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, theatre imaging, and mobile radiography.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the general X-ray department.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to radiology staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to optimize imaging services.
  • Manage schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct training and development sessions for staff.
  • Lead project management initiatives related to imaging services.
  • Oversee research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced clinical knowledge in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, theatre imaging, and mobile radiography.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in radiology.
  • Experience in project management and research oversight.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
