Radiographer (Grade 4) - General/ED Xray Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grade 4 General X-Ray Supervisor to lead our radiology team.
This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with advanced clinical knowledge in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, theatre imaging, and mobile radiography.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the general X-ray department.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to radiology staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with medical teams to optimize imaging services.
- Manage schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Conduct training and development sessions for staff.
- Lead project management initiatives related to imaging services.
- Oversee research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Advanced clinical knowledge in general X-ray, fluoroscopy, theatre imaging, and mobile radiography.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in radiology.
- Experience in project management and research oversight.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
