As a Registered Nurse within our Community Nursing team, you will play a key role in supporting clients to manage their health, build independence and improve quality of life.
You will be part of a compassionate and innovative team, committed to delivering safe and effective care to the community. With flexible weekday and weekend shifts available, this role offers an opportunity to further develop your skills while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

About you:
Ideally, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience in community nursing (minimum 3 years of post-graduate)
- Effective communication skills with patients, visitors and staff
- Commitment to excellent nursing care and continuous improvement
