Registered Nurse - Community Palliative Care
We are seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to become a part of the Western Health Bacchus Marsh Community Palliative Care Team.
This position is offered on a fixed term, part-time basis (0.4 FTE).
Fixed term end date is 2 January 2026, with the possibility of ongoing hours after this.
This position requires a Registered Nurse with excellent assessment and problem-solving skills for the care of consumers with life limiting conditions in their homes.
The role requires an experienced nurse who can prioritise patient care, escalate patient care and be flexible to meet the demands of a changing day to day business.
The successful applicants will be required to have well developed clinical and communication skills.
