About the Role:
Our Dialysis Units at Western Health are seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our team. Our Dialysis Units provides a large range of services including dialysis, consisting of inpatient and outpatient services. Our Dialysis Units at Western Health operates at a variety of sites, including satellite services at Sunshine, Williamstown and Sunbury.

- Part-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our well-established and comprehensive dialysis service. This rewarding role offers the chance to work in both acute units across western health contributing to a dynamic and supportive team.
As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while striving for excellence in clinical practice, teaching, and research.
You will work closely with the ANUM to maintain a safe and positive environment for both staff and patients and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
About You:
Essential Criteria:
- Successful completion of Bachelor of Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of 2 years’ FTE experience within Acute Dialysis Unit
- Previous experience in Haemodialysis Nursing
- Demonstrate the ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to high quality and ongoing to maintain a culture of patient centred care.
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess excellent clinical skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Recent postgraduate qualification in Renal Nursing (highly regarded)
