Join our dedicated and compassionate team at Western Health , where we provide high-quality, patient-centered public fertility care. Our service, in partnership with the Women’s is committed to supporting individuals and couples on their fertility journey, ensuring equitable access to reproductive healthcare.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a skilled team of fertility specialists at our Tier 1 satellite site.
The registered nurse will be supported to provide cycle management scanning, as well as having the opportunity to work for a short period of time within the Reproductive Service Unit at the Royal Women’s during the upskilling period.
The following demonstrates the models of care provided by our nursing team: • Managing outpatient flow through the clinic
• Conducting New patient education sessions:
• Cycle Monitoring
• Pregnancy Outcomes
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered nursing care to individuals and couples undergoing fertility assessment and treatment

Coordinate and support patients through the IVF cycle and related procedures

Educate patients on fertility treatment options, medication administration, and procedures

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols and ethical guidelines

Support quality improvement initiatives in fertility care delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:

Current registration with AHPRA
-
Demonstrated experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, or a related clinical area (fertility experience desirable but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong commitment to patient-centered, culturally sensitive care

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with electronic medical records
