Rehabiltation Consultant: Rehab at Home Service
An opportunity currently exists to provide clinical care to patients admitted to the Western Health Rehab at Home service. The Rehab at Home service is a 10 bed admitted program providing intensive rehabiltiation for patients at home. The service currently has a focus on neurological diagnoses but now also includes some musculoskeletal presentations.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:
- Passion for working with rehabilitation patients
- Commitment and passion for providing exceptional patient centred care
- Strong focus on education and training, and enthusiasm for supporting junior medical and other relevant staff within the service
- Dedication to participate in the governance, quality improvement and research activities of the Unit
- Strong communication skills to optimise best care for our patients
