Revenue Service Officer

• Location: Ashley Street – Braybrook
• Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hours/fortnight), Ongoing
• Salary: Admin Grade 2 (commensurate w/ experience) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the role:

Western Health has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join the Sundry Debtor team on an ongoing part-time basis. The role requires two days per week as a Revenue Services Officer at our corporate campus in Braybrook, with occasional travel to other Western Health sites as required.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders while contributing to successful revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Extensive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible of processing Sundry Debtor invoices.
• To determine the correct allocation of revenue across different cost centres.
• Obtain debtor information such as company details and contacts.
• Having financial discussions and obtaining paperwork and payments.
• Liaising with different corporate and government debtors.
• Being responsible for the revenue recovery of debtor accounts.
• Managing end of month process and maintaining the Sundry Debtor Aged Trial Balance.

About you:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Help drive successful revenue outcomes.
• Experience in using Microsoft application such as Teams and Outlook.
• Experience in using FMIS/Oracle and Power budget.
• Competency to interpret/analyse data.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate and form relationships with external stake holders and across the different finance team.
• Excellent commercial sense.
• Ability to communicate and present complex financial information.
• Enthusiastic personal who is eager to learn and understand different aspects of the business.
