Sessional Medical Officer
Bacchus Marsh and Melton Urgent Care are seeking Senior Medical Officers within Urgent Care, on a casual, part-time or full-time basis, to work within a rapidly expanding growth corridor.
This exciting opportunity will support our community by providing emergency medical care for non-life-threatening medical emergencies whilst working alongside Doctors & Nurse Practitioners with advanced emergency skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Emergency Medicine or General Practice
- Demonstrated a personal commitment to the provision of compassionate patient-centred care
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing complex and competing needs of stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical care, various clinical models and associated clinical information systems
- Demonstrated ability to deliver feedback within values based framework
- Ability to apply without exception principles of confidentiality, privacy and maintain confident communication
