The role of the Consultant Breast and General Surgeon is to provide high quality clinical care to the patients Western Health services, to supervise and train Junior Medical Staff and support Western Health Strategic Priorities.

 

To be Successful in this Role, you will:

  • Have Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Surgeons
  • Be a full member of Breast Surgeons of Australia and New Zealand (formerly BreastSurgANZ)
  • Have experience in the support and supervision of Junior Medical Staff
  • Hold current Australian medical registration
  • Have demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
