Role Summary: 
 
  • Location: Located at Braybrook, you will work across all Western Health Sites
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Salary: HS5 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging 

 

About the role 

You will support Digital Health Clinical Systems by implementing and maintaining technologies associated with Western Health Clinical Systems.

You will work with Project and Operational teams on systems designed to provide near real‑time clinical information for clinicians.

This full‑time role reports to the Technology Manager.

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Implement, document and educate staff on EMR‑related technology.
  • Investigate device failures and new equipment solutions.
  • Configure, test and maintain EMR devices and end‑user hardware.
  • Provide technical support and escalate complex issues to teams.

 About you: 

  • Experience with EMR device technologies in large healthcare settings.
  • Skilled in Active Directory, SSO and IDAM (Imprivata, Okta).
  • Able to configure and administer EMR devices using Oracle Health tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
