Testing & Release Optimisation Manager (Digital Health)
The Digital Health - Testing and Release Optimisation Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing and release processes of new software enhancements, upgrades, packages, and versions in the Digital Health domain.
The main focus is on the Oracle Health Millennium EMR, but the role also includes other clinical systems like BOSSnet Digital Medical Record and iPM Patient Administration System.
The testing aspect of the role requires devising, updating, tracking and obtaining relevant approvals for the testing strategy and associated plans across current digital health solutions and new solutions. The role also ensures test scripts are kept up to date as new functionality is added or as workflows are changed as well as leading major testing events.
The release aspect of the role will require the development and maintenance of a release strategy for Digital Health as a whole. Ongoing consultation with internal team members and key clinical and operational staff is required to ensure the live environment is protected through any new releases deployed.
The Digital Health - Testing and Release Optimisation Manager will work in partnership closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high standards for all testing and release tasks.
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Hold a tertiary degree in healthcare, science or IT related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have demonstrated at least five years’ experience in the design and deployment of a test strategy and testing approaches within a large, complex project and organisation.
- Have experience in the various phases of testing including but not limited to Functional Testing, User Acceptance, Data Mitigation Testing, etc.
- Hold a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) v3.1 or V4.0.
- Show demonstrated knowledge of test standards, tools, methods and processes consistent with an application management lifecycle.
